- Take another pan with oil in it.fry one by one all three colour marinated paneer in it for one minute. Take them out & let them cool down.



- Take a toothpick & skewer with one piece of cooked onion then orange colour paneer and cooked tomato then white colour paneer and cooked capsicum,now green colour paneer.Do this process with remain paneer & veggies.
- Place them on a plate, sprinkle some chat masala on it.Garnish with lemon wedges & coriander leaves.
