  18. 1 tsp salt
  19. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  20. 1 tsp chilli flakes
  21. 1 tsp oregano

Steps to make to make Veg Macaroni

  1. Heat butter in a pan … add maida & roast it for 2/3mins. Then slowly add milk to the flour & mix well.
  2. Mix well so that no lumps should be there. Add cheese slice, salt & black pepper powder to it & cook well.Keep aside.
  3. Heat butter in another pan add, garlic crushed chilli ginger & cook.
  4. Add onion & sauté it. Add capsicum & tomato to it. Cook well. add all the remaining ingredients of veg gravy.Cook & switch off the flame.
  5. Switch on the flame for white sauce. add little water, pasta sauce & mix.
  6. Add veg gravy to white sauce & mix well. Add boiled pasta & 2-3tbsp grated cheese to it.Mix well.
  7. Top up with grated cheese… & serve.
