- Seive flour,cocoa powder,milk powder,corn flour,baking soda,baking powder.

- In blender add sugar,oil,ghee,buttermilk, venila essence, coffee powder and blend it. Add this to dry ingredients mixture and mix all well together.


- Grease and duse mould and pour prepared batter and cook in preheated kadai for 40,45min. Cool it completely and keep in fridge for 1,2hours.


- For granules heat pan add sugar melt it without adding any water, when sugar completely melts add butter turn of flame and mix well,pour half of this on greased foil sprinkle chopped almonds and let it cool.
Break into pieces add little corn flour (to avoide moisture)and keep aside.

- Add cream in remaining add melted sugar and mix it well butterscotch syrup is ready.

- For cream add powder to chilled bowl add chilled water and mix it well keep in freezer for 15min. Take out beat it with hand beater till soft peaks (you can keep ice cubes under the bowl for better result) add butter scotch essence.
- Now cut the cake in two layers apply sugar syrup (sugar+butterscotch essence) make layer with cream top with butter scotch granules keep second layer cover the cake with cream all over and decorate as per your choice.
